  • Is King Athletics an ethical employer?
    We are 100% Sweatshop Free Come on over. We believe that the key to success lies not only within our domestically sourced materials but also in the people that produce the garments, our employees. We have set standards to create a thriving work environment for all of our staff. Implementing such practices as providing adequate health and safety awareness, training, flexible work schedules, and safety equipment for all of our employees, are key to our efforts in this area. We are happy to provide you with a tour so that you may see for yourself how we operate. As we are a working manufacturing facility, we do ask you to give us a quick call first, if possible, so we can watch for you!
  • Where does your fabric come from?
    -Our yarn is from North Carolina, U.S., which is then knit in Montreal, Quebec. -From there, it is shipped to either Berthierville, Quebec, or Ajax, Ontario where reactive dyes are used to ensure the absolute lowest carbon footprint possible. -Fabric is then cut and sewn in both Calgary and Toronto. -We are 100% Made In Canada
  • Is your clothing Cross Border Friendly?
    Yes. Every garment in our catalogue is Cross Border Friendly, 100% Made In Canada. Our Distributors are each provided with a complete set of border documents, including Certificates of Origin and commercial invoices, at the beginning of each calendar year. These documents are valid until replaced the following year. Please contact your preferred distributor for a copy of these.
  • Is King Athletics unionized?
    King Athletics, nor our employees, are part of a labour union.
  • How do I get prices/place an order?
    As we are the actual manufacturer, we generally sell our product to our distributors across Canada, who then stock our garments for wholesale companies. Each of our distributors carries a selection of our product in colours they choose. Due to the large volumes they purchase, a distributor will always be your most economical and fastest way to purchase garments from our collection in wholesale quantities. However, if you are simply looking for one or two pieces direct, we are pleased to introduce our new Retail Collection - a selection of our best sellers, shipped direct within seven to ten business days.
  • Who are your distributors?
    Click here to see a list of our nationwide distribution partners. If you are a company looking for wholesale amounts, a distributor will always be your best bet. We will never turn away direct business, but usually it is faster and more economical to purchase volume amounts through one of our distribution partners.
  • Retail Shipping Policies
    -Orders ship within one to ten business days or we will contact you. (Please allow a bit of extra processing time for orders shipping to the U.S as this requires us to complete additional border documentation.) -FREE SHIPPING for orders of $200.00 or more before tax -For orders less than $200.00 a low, flat shipping fee of $30.00 will apply. -In an effort to reduce packaging, our garments are shipped 'loose' within a sealed, recyclable cardboard box. You will receive no additional environmentally damaging plastic bagging, etc. -Upon departure from our factory, you shall be emailed a tracking number. Please check your spam folder if you have not received. -Factory pickup is available for local orders. Please await notification that your order is ready.

  • Retail Return/Refund Policy
    We stand behind every garment that we produce. Orders are verified prior to shipping as far as style, colour, size and quantity. If you are dissatisfied with your retail purchase, simply contact us to arrange for return and refund. For an exchange/return, the customer is responsible for the return shipping. However, for an exchange we will cover the final product shipping cost back to yourself. We shall accept back any of our products (excluding masks & clearance items) in the same new condition that they were sent in, within 30 days of receipt. Due to the personal nature of the garment, masks may not be returned and all masks are non refundable. (We shall not accept garments that have been laundered, printed, embroidered or otherwise altered) Please note: Cotton is a natural fibre and shrinkage will occur when the garment is initially laundered. We ask that you check the size specifications prior to ordering to ensure you are allowing a shrinkage tolerance on the size requested. Please follow all care and content instructions provided on the label. Clothing that has been returned laundered will not be refunded.
  • Clearance Items
    From time to time, we will list discontinued or flawed stock for clearance. These items are listed as first come/first serve--final sale. There are no returns, refunds or further discounts to be applied on clearance items. Due to the natural properties of cotton, there are times when the dye will take differently to a batch of fabric. Though there is nothing 'wrong' with the item, you may see shading differences between different sizes, styles of the same colour. As our distributors generally purchase full size ranges, we need our colour to be as consistent as possible. When this doesn't happen, you save! This fabric is the same content and quality as our standard material.
